Safety and Requirements:
Prior experience with large lake boating is recommended, and the designated boat driver must be at least 21 years old. To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, we enforce the maximum passengers rated on the boat at any given time. Plan to have a sober driver. We reserve all rights to refuse ANY rental to leave the dock at the dock for any reason with NO refund. There will be documents emailed which will need to be filled out and signed prior to arriving.

We do not allow wakeboarding, skiing, tubing or towing while the pontoon is rented.

Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete waivers and do a walkthrough of how to operate the boat and sign off on the condition of the pontoon prior to leaving the dock.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All booking reservation deposits are non-refundable. To request cancellation for your reservation please email us at [email protected]. If your trip must be cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternate dates to reschedule.

WEATHER POLICY

We operate rentals rain or shine. If hazardous conditions are present during the time of your rental and prevent departure, we will gladly offer you a raincheck. Hazardous weather conditions are considered constant thunderstorms, heavy rain, or high wind conditions. We do not waive our cancellation policy and related fees for forecasted inclement weather.
